What does it cost?

Fly us to the Moon is a free honeymoon registry site.

Why is there a charge to pay via PayPal?

PayPal is a secure, quick and easy way to receive payments. If you chose to accept PayPal as a form of payment, your guest will be charged approx 3.5% on top of your gift. We do not control these fees.

Are bank transfers free?

A bank transfer will require the guest to transfer money via their bank after their choice of gift has been made. Usually this is free, depedning on country and bank, and will take up to 3 working days.

How do you make money?

We’re focusing on making it the best honeymoon gift list experience possible whilst still being free. In the future, we do plan to add premium features and services.

I can’t find my currency?

Currently we only list prices in American dollars, Euros, Canadian dollars, Australian dollars and British pound.

My guest has brought a gift but hasn’t paid?

Once a guest has agreed to purchase a gift, they will need to pay for the gift via PayPal, Bank Transfer or cash. We do not hold on to any of your money. If you haven’t received the money it’s best to remind your guest or check to see if the purchase was a mistake. You’re find their email in your account.

I didn't receive email confirmations?

Our automated emails sometimes get filtered to junk, or even blocked by certain providers. We recommend you add support@flyustothemoon.com to your safe senders list. Your account will always show up to date purchases.
